Veiled Perception Couldn’t know it all, yet I see the illusion. deception it is, a smoke of delusion. cannot reach the real, nor do I desire time burns it all, lies as fuel to fire. now if the truth holds the will and comes to me, comes on its own, breaking itself free. yet I don’t recognise it, avoiding all its pleas It takes a step further, all lingering doubts cease gives me a seed of hope and makes me believe, That with my eyes covered, nothing more I retrieve Not all I could know unless I strive to perceive. -komal sharma
