Ifs, buts and coulds If I had been this or that, I would have shone bright. If I had achieved the possible, the impossible would have been in sight. I could have been my present, but my past held me tight. I wish I had a future where I could sleep peacefully at night, But that flame was put out before it could ignite. I wish I had been someone’s light or even a spark. I wish when I existed, my life had left a mark. -komal sharma
